Cancellation Policy

At Rilax, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 30% service fee. This policy allows us to honor the time set aside for every client and maintain a seamless experience.
